I'm Amanda Igo — the face and heart behind Igo Dispo.

After years of witnessing the same pain points on both sides of the table — wholesalers who couldn't find serious buyers, who kept losing deals… and money, and buyers frustrated receiving deals that never matched their criteria — I built Igo Dispo to help both sides.

I JV and partner with wholesalers to help move their deals and ensure they get paid, and work directly with buyers to ensure every opportunity I send actually fits their buy box. No wasted time, just the right deals getting to the right people.

I'm well-versed in cash and creative structures, including subto, seller finance / seller carry-backs, hybrid deals, and Morbys. So when a deal needs a little more nuance or a deeper conversation, I'm comfortable having it.

Honesty, transparency, integrity, and communication are the most important aspects in this business — and I hold myself to a high standard on all fronts.

Common questions.

How fast do you close?
Most deals close in 10–21 days depending on title and buyer funding. We give you a realistic timeline at underwriting.
What if the deal falls through?
If a buyer backs out, we re-market immediately at no cost to you. If underwriting shows the deal doesn't work, we tell you within 48 hours.
Who handles earnest money and title?
We coordinate with title on the buyer side. You keep your seller-side EMD arrangement intact.
Assignment or double close?
Depends on the state, the seller, and the buyer. We make the call deal-by-deal and handle the paperwork.
What markets are you strongest in?
We close nationwide, but our deepest buyer pools are in the Southeast, Texas, Arizona, and the Midwest.
What's the minimum deal size?
No hard minimum, but deals with assignment fees under $5K usually aren't worth the time for either of us.
